- I can't find the product I want?
- If you can't find what you're looking for on the site, please do not hesitate to contact us. We stock a large range of products in store that are not listed on the site, and we are also able to order many more items in specially.
- Do you offer a demo service on racquets?
- Unfortunately, carrying such a huge range of racquets, we are unable to provide a demo service.
- What is your return's policy?
- An unused item may be returned to us, in its original packaging, with a receipt within 7 days of purchasing for a full refund.
- How do I know which grip size I need before purchasing a racquet?
- Grip sizes measure the thickness of the handle of the racquet.
Grip sizes range from:
Grip 1 or 4 1/8; Grip 2 or 4 1/4; Grip 3 or 4 3/8; Grip 4 or 4 1/2; Grip 5 or 4 5/8.
Generally junior racquets tend to be grip sizes 1 and 2 and adult racquets 3 to 5.
The grip size is very personal and should feel comfortable in your hand. When holding the racquet in your hand, your fingers should not touch the palm of your hand, there should be a fingers width space.
- What are your opening hours if I want to visit your store?
- Our opening hours are: Monday - Saturday 10.00 am till 5.00 pm. Sunday 12.00 noon till 3.00 pm.
The shop is open every day including bank holidays (please call before setting off for opening times) and is only closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter Sunday.
Please contact us before making long journeys.
- Can I make an appointment to visit your shop?
- Yes, during working hours and outside working hours, if you contact us beforehand, we are happy to see you at a time that is convenient for you.
- How will my order be delivered?
- We use Royal Mail, first class recorded or next day signed for if required and ANC delivery services. All services will require a signature upon delivery.
- Can I specify an exact delivery time?
- We can, if required, send deliveries via Royal Mail next day before 12 noon service, but can not specify an exact delivery time.
- Do your racquets come strung or unstrung?
- Most racquets come pre-strung to the factory specifications. However, if you would like us to string your racquet to your specification before sending it out, please contact us.
- I live outside the UK, can I place an order with you?
- Yes. Although our site is currently set up to take orders in the UK only, contact us if you see something you want and we will send it to you directly from the store.
- Are all your footwear in UK or US sizes?
- All footwear is described in UK sizes.
- I really like my racquet but it is now an old model, can you replace it for me?
- We will endeavour to find the racquet you want for you, but if it is no longer available, we will advise you of the nearest racquet in the current models. Please contact us.
- Do all racquets come with covers?
- Yes, unless otherwise stated. Some models have full covers and some head covers.
- I've forgotten my password, help!
- Don't worry. Click on the My Account button on the top menu. Click the 'Forgotten Password' link below the Email and Password boxes. You will be prompted to enter your email address, and a new password will be emailed to you. We recommend you login immediately and change your password as soon as you receive the email.
- Why do I have to enter my credit card details each time I order?
- We do not keep details of your credit card, to pay for goods you must enter all credit card information each time you place an order.
- Can I change my account details on line?
- Yes, simply click the My Account button on the top menu, and follow the instructions on screen. Please note, we do not store any credit card information except your cardholder's address.
- I have received two order confirmation emails but I only want one order, help!
- We check all orders individually but can not guarantee that both orders will be processed. If you have placed a duplicate order by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible for the mistake to be rectified.
- I don't like ordering online, can I contact you via the telephone to place my order?
- Yes, we can take your credit card details over the telephone and process your order straight away.
- What do I place in the quantity box if you have special promotions like 'buy one get one free'?
- Your promotional gift will be sent automatically, so you don't need to add it to your order.
- I've pushed the wrong button and haven't completed my order properly, what do I do?
- Don't worry, contact us via the telephone or email and we will rectify it for you manually.
- Are you internet prices the same as the price I have to pay if I visit your store or order by phone?
- Some products may have a different price and they may be lower online. This is because the overheads for the Internet are lower than those in our store. We can therefore pass on these savings to you by offering you larger discounts on our products.
- If I want to visit your store, is there car parking?
- Yes, we have a large free car park just outside the shop.
- I have a problem ordering a product from your site, but can't find the answer here, what should I do?

Same Day Restringing
Same day restringing service available. One hour turnaround available if your racquet is booked in, please phone us on 01904 693163. Huge string selection. All racquets strung on Babolat electronic machines. Ample free car parking at the store.
